About

How does the 2010-2011 edition of the Review of Dietetics differ from earlier editions?

The Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) changed and reorganized specific content of the registration exam based on the 2005 Dietetic Practice Audit. Consequently, new content has been added throughout the Review of Dietetics and the manual has been reorganized according to the new outline provided by CDR.

The 2010-2011edition of the Review of Dietetics is now available. Virtually all of the content from the previous edition is included plus the following subjects have been added or updated:

  • Carbohydrate-based fat replacers
  • Fat-based fat replacers
