This manual is used as a text in many dietetic internships while other dietetic educators recommend it as a study guide to help their graduates pass the registration exam. It is in looseleaf format so students can mark it as notes and remove sections for studying. It is, of course, copyrighted material and it is illegal, and a violation of professional ethics, to copy any of the manual without permission.
