Thus, our mission is to translate scientific jargon and conflicting nutrition information into language ordinary mortals can understand and use to make informed food decisions.

A nationally recognized leader in nutrition communications, Hess & Hunt offers a variety of consulting services. We have developed more than 30 educational programs and brochures, created numerous recipes and menus, spoken to hundreds of audiences, appeared regularly on radio and television, and provided leadership to professional, educational and charitable organizations. In addition, we have authored eight books (many of them award winners), written more than 75 articles in professional journals and the popular press, and testified before congressional committees on important nutrition issues.

As of 2007, Hess & Hunt, Inc. will provide consulting and speaking services as a partner in Culinary Nutrition Associates. Hess & Hunt will continue to publish the Review of Dietetics: Manual for the Registered Dietitian Exam. The 2007-2009 edition is now available. We are proud that previous editions have helped thousands pass the exam to become registered dietitians.
